CAWST provides your lunch on the first day.
The office has kitchen facilities, so please feel free to bring your own food or walk to nearby restaurants.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes for construction activities. Also, bring a warm jacket since the construction workshop can sometimes be cool.
